I view it as a positive, the deal is dilutive but the share price paid is 3 cents higher than it was on friday. And the warrants are priced at almost double what they are now. That means people with $10,000,000 think this is going much higher and are getting in now. The greatest challenge in the industry is cash flow and that particular problem has been solved by cannacord. This will help Khiron build a solid foundation and move it out of reach from any competitors. It may dip on the news just as a reaction to dilution but those with money want a piece of this company and are not cheating Khiron to get it so the company negotiators did a good job. I am holding and may sell some tinley to get more here if it dips. Or maybe I will just hustle and sell a bunch of glass :)
