Why would anyone want to start BBDA backup? You must not remember how it ended the last time, lots of people lost lots of money because this group put out tons of fake PR's and then turned around and dumped millions of shares into the market and then finished the investors off with a reverse split. There is no way imo that BBDA anything could ever regain enough investors trust to get this thing off the bottom. I would gladly like to hear some hard evidence of why you think differently.
