Both of those two issues could have been called in to the agencies. I do not think that the EPA requested a bottle from the company. I do believe that someone could have taken the picture off of twitter and sent it to the agency claiming that it did not have the correct labeling. The stop sell order was due to labeling. nothing on that order said it was fraud. If I am wrong prove it.

The PR as I have said before was wording to me. The second that they listed described the oxyblast 50 almost word for word from the manufacturer. People would know this if they took the time to actually research it.

Once again. No scam has been proven. I will agree that the company is rushing their information/product out to the public without having all of their T's crossed and I's dotted.
