The stock continues to trade in bankruptcy (in the US) because the SEC has no legal authority to prevent it.

But, as a Canadian company, it is cease-traded in Canada because the Canadian regulators DO have the authority to stop trading of a bankrupt company. Canadians have been unable to legally trade the stock for years, and that will not change.

The company has been liquidated. All of its assets, including its mining properties, are GONE. The bankruptcy case will be finished in the next couple of months. At that time, the company will be wound-up and the shares cancelled. At that point, the US ticker will be deleted by FINRA forever.

Anyone foolish to buy these shares during this clumsy pump and dump will lose 100% of their investment. GUARANTEED.
