Proof is in the filings. Minimal dilution over time. This indicates it's oversold. I'm guessing it's come down more in recent days because most stocks are struggling that at not in the current rising sectors. This will fly easily at this level with positive updates.

Also, I watch L2 closely. I have seen the actual dilution and it's minimal. The big dumping over tens of millions is not dilution.
