Agreed. of the roughly 44k participants 94 contracted C-19, and of those roughly half received the placebo and half the vaccine. So what that tells me is that 47 folks who received the vaccine contracted C-19, and 47 folks who took the placebo contracted C-19. What am I missing?

The "90% efficacy" claim is troubling.
