I guess someone has to understand how the cert clearing process works...

DTC CLEARED are the shares that have been cleared by a broker to be traded. NOT the unrestricted amount. The unrestricted shares have had the restricted legend removed but not yet cleared by a broker to trade....

So.. the DTC cleared numbers are the most important numbers....
