As was stated by numerous people as well directly stated in the mod rules, you can not in any way alter what is already there. It seems to be that you have removed or altered other data and or did not put everything at the bottom. New data now goes to the bottom only. I don't believe it's possible to know who edits the info box as well.

This kind of issue is in the realm of the admin so communicate with them, everyone can freely contact admin.
