Let me re read the notice from last year and ill respond... I know for a fact certain platforms like E-Trade in TD Ameritrade out standings were showing / 8.2 billion out of nowhere outstanding start showing 1.7 billion so clearly someone is hoarding few billion shares or did those other billions of share disappeared? because, before this company went in the dark they had a run in October of 2018 then October of 2019 they were suspended but in January 2018 they diluted few billion shares..RETAIL DOESN'T OWN ALL THE SHARES SOMEONE IS HOLDING A BATCH
