What is confusing about a Start Up Company which Tautachrome is, who will not provide revenue targets or guidance until they reach that stage of development, which is coming ahead? So that type of statement about "taxable income against which prior losses may be deducted for tax purposes" is NA at this time...


Asking or telling amounts to the same conclusion.
