Correct fpfi only acquired giddy up but New breed was created under creative edge nutrition and Jeff basically just picked it up and walked away with it there's no corporate documentation that says creative edge doesn't still own it I think they figured fitx would just wither on the vine and die. But as far as I know James Robinson is still the quasi CEO of creative edge I don't remember seeing any letter that he resigned from being CEO of creative edge. So James Robinson can get involved with New breed and cause Jeff some problems.
