Needs to be submitted tomorrow EARLY and the more rejections to the sale and debtor/creditor agreement the more likely JJ will oppose and delay the sale.


Not responding is less effective then responding to reject the proposal.

Opt out means you abstain to vote.

Everyone who has shares should REJECT THE PROPOSED SALE & UCC/Debtor settlement!!!!
