Ok guys here is a big update some good some very bad and some so so
It has been told to me that about all the SEC is going to do is fine Ali about $157,000 dollars for what he has dome they are still deciding if he will except this. On the area of us the shareholder suing him that has not worked out . We could not raise the amout to start, these lawyers wanted money up front . So this also is very bad. NOW FOR WHAT COULD BE GREAT NEWS. i HAVE NO PROVE , but i was told by a good friend. That one of the people who lost a lot of money has been waiting to see what would happen with the SEC case. Since it has not worked out so good he , Has contacted a friend of his who works in the " FBI " . The sec has turned over all the things that they have and information and it now is being investigated in the Charlotte office of the FBI. They are looking into charging him with fraud , which if convicted he would do jail time , I dont think at this point we will get any money but we might get control of the patents back . Which is were the money could be made from
