If it was just a random company doing it I would be, but this is OPTI and there are many people who have been following the company for years. They have a few other multi-million $ contracts already beginning with the fuel optimizer. They brought Harrington on and developed an entire line of ppe specifically for this reason. Also got dilution and toxic financing out of the way almost completely for this reason. Optec is heading towards being a household name.
