There is no evidence that says Punch TV studios owns more than 50% of urban television Network Corp. I actually just called the company and they were explicit in their explanation that Punch TV studios is merely a shareholder however not a majority shareholder nor does it have controlling interest so I’m a little lost as to your statements here and let’s keep in mind that this board is exclusively for urban television network
