I'm not sure that's a proper term, as Investopedia and others use it for financial institutions, not for someone in control of a single stock.

It should be at .0001 like most of the others.
HAL* is a QX stock with over 20 mil revenue per quarter and operations in 4 countries, but until yesterday's pop it was priced below ANAS which has zero revenue and zero business in any country.
