If NPHC doesnt hurry up with their filings they will get a suspension from the SEC because NPHC would have already received at least two warning letters.
Another problem is that in April NPHC asked the court to throw out the charges and they were denied.

Erik Deitsch is all talk and no action. History repeats itself on the OTC on a regular basis, NPHC will get suspended and revoked.
