PRED has zero liability concerning this failed proposal. PRED lost out because the SEC shut them down because
of an accurate press release at the time. The SEC could not remove the suspension and we got F+ck'ed by finra!
Ask yourself if that is possible! Why would PRED put out phony press when for years they have been extremely careful !
The company got caught up in the raid on COVID by the SEC.
