If anyone is wondering why Trump/Fox/etc are making all these ALL CAPS!!! claims about voter fraud -- rather than just calmly making their cases in the courts -- the goal as I understand it is to build a case for state legislatures to replace electors.

I have not recently taken a position in SPXS (other than being heavily in cash), but the turmoil associated with subverting the election will be very destabilizing IMHO.

If the AZ, GA, MI, NV, PA, and WI legislatures do not vote to pre-emptively say that they will seat electors based on the outcomes of their state elections, then I think we are heading toward really dark days ahead. While my main concern is the country, I might just pick up some SPXS this coming week.
