Does it seem odd to anyone else that "The production decision is coming soon after the financing is finalised."?

If they were not going to move to production, why would they need financing? If there was any doubt, who would provide that financing?

Strange wording, at least to me.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
