The Defendants heard the arguments and know what SECI has on them and the other big boys the tech was funneled up to. Sometimes in a court of law things don't go the way of justice as preceding's and process and failings of ones sides attorney can fail justice being served.

But consider the defendants knowing what SECI has as far as information that may not of been allowed because of proceedings. Perhaps they see that SECI has "the goods" or whistle blowers that have the goods on even bigger fishes.

Think of the going back and forth on the mediation between both sides and them knowing what SECI has or has threatened to expose.

Perhaps this is the word getting out from them... You know family and friends. Perhaps they are the ones loading up on SECI shares right now? Somebody is loading up the past few days.

Just a thought and all IMO.
