Tampa - as the 6 monthly unaudited revenues were reported on the 28 july 06 for the period up to 30 June 06 we can expect the full fiscal year to end on 31 dec 06. Usually (for audited financials) the 10k would be required to be filed between 45 and 75 days after the end of the fiscal year. If A/Fs are going to be filed then they could be filed mid feb 07 at the earliest or the third week of march 07 at the latest!
