I'm still a little confused by volume vs. price. Could there be a market maker accumulating shares for a change in listing?? SECI has refused to give them shares in order to list SECI in the past, but that doesn't mean they can't get them on their own. It would make sense that they are only buying the $9-12 range limits as they would be able to see the orders. I would be shocked if share holders haven't listed their shares for alot more than that range. Is that possible? Would they allowed to do this? This is just a theory while I try to make sense of this. Thoughts?
