Most it seems do two weeks after close of quarter, or around the 15th, and I think the deadline is 45 days from quarter's close for companies with a market cap this size. I was researching earlier to see if there were any special criteria for companies merging into shells, but from what I can gather, they assume the same schedule as the surviving ticker of a merger (though we still don't know what exactly they're doing with the QUTR shell, i.e. maybe FiveT is merging into QUTR, maybe another company, who knows...). Anyway, I was hoping for as early as possible since last time QUTR filed a quarterly was ASAP on Aug. 3, but no such luck thus far with new management...
