Not all R/S are created equal. The price for dilution and r/s is all baked in this will fly after r/s. Think about finding a company with 15m shares outstanding a market cap of 7m ttm of 25m and projected rev of 50m this year!!!!! That’s what vrus will look like after r/s then issue 5m shares to pay off all debt and have working capital!! Fully audited financial statements with domestic rev outpacing international!! People would kill fir those metrics!! Absolute steal here!! Buy with every last penny u have!!!
