I tracked down the attorney who has been handling a number of the China litigation cases. I have sent several messages on CBEH and got no return message. I take this as he has given up also. I am taking my tax loss and moving on. While a number of these China companies were flat frauds I think some were real companies with real operations that just went dark with no plans to ever compensate shareholders even though they have the ability to do so. The China government has a very heavy hand on thieves but does nothing if they are stealing from Americans.
