How often do drugs get approved after phase 2 without having to run a larger sampling phase 3 trial? When we first started this all I thought the trial was labeled as a phase 2b/3 but now just sits at phase 2? Each setback makes me wonder if we will be pushed into another trial of phase 3 before moving to approval. I hope not. The world needs this drug. But the FDA is really sticking to their guns for what ever reason in the face of such a massive health crisis.
