Jeff Thomas started Nubreed Nutrition when he was running Creative edge nutrition and promoting and selling Fitx shares. The records can be found online in Michigan and Nevada.

He ran Fitx until Bill and a few shareholders had the taste test for Giddy up when they said Giddy up energy drink tasted Great and that James was the man to take over Fitx. Bill wrote a big speech about James being a good man

James found Joe and Fresh promises to take over Fitx. When Bill was leaving Fitx their was a rumor James was supposed to get 500k to take over Fitx for him but got 100k.

Joe Poe and some of his closet confidantes were shown all the proof that Jeff created Nubreed on Fitx shareholders time & dime and it's creative edge property now Joe knows this and hasn't acted on it because especially since we just got word of a reverse split.

Nubreed has over 12 million dollars revenue human brands has only 600k with the Nubreed assets Joe's stock will alot more than another penny pump.

What Jeff did is usurpation of corporate duties! You guys need to do some D & D and fact checking.
