Companies go private all the time Brooklyn and not for the reasons you suggested.. There are major examples in the Corporate world and you are mistaken. Sometimes these companies then reorganize and go public again.

- Kinder Morgan
- Dell Computer
- Readers Digest
- Hilton Worldwide holdings
- Burger King

Why do we now think ELGL could go private? At what price $2, 5, 10??? The mining is worth North of $10 now? The Clarinova situation is key - this bond is due next year.......but you guys have my wheels spinning with WHAT IF's
