Instead he does the opposite...

He filed a 8k!!!
Released a PR on the wires!!!

He even had the decency to reply back to the ridiculous question if the 8k was real and confirmed it via Email

Stock ran 200% settled in for 130% hold. Traded 30 million dollars!!!
