If they didn't file an 8k... it wouldve been called a scam

They did file and 8k... and now because of that... its fraudulent and still considered a scam... lol



If they didn't release a PR... it would've been called suspicious and definitely a scam

They did release a PR... aaaaaaand...its still considered suspicious and a scam... lol

If they claimed to have a 2 million dollar deal... it would've been laughed at for being so small and definitely a scam...

They release a PR and 8k for 2bil dollar deal, stock goes up 130% and trades 30 Million dollars in one day aaaaaand... it is considered a scam!!!! lol...

Rolls eyes...

Moral of the story... no matter what... if a company trades on the OTC it is a scam...
