I too have been checking the Finra Daily and found nothing for PFMS. Nobody can seem to find any significant info on ZoomOut, or that Benjamin Oren is actually the CEO of this ZoomOut company. From what i understand, felony or not, anybody or their brother could have uploaded files to that site.
Ive seen fake PR's put on on dying tickers with no bid so someone could exit, the same may be true here except a person with very large testies can load instead of dump.
According to OTC Markets David Lazar is still CEO of this company.
This is beginning to smell more and more like fraud.
I may even call this bluff tomorrow and load up big on the cheap because come monday if no R/S, then i think we test .0045 again.
