Put it this way, the buyer is fronting $2B in cash per the 8k, do you think a company with $2B would front cash to a penny stock in hopes it could deliver that product?

Or does it make more sense that th $2B is going directly to the supplier that is not OPTI and OPTI is just the middle man?
