Takes money to make money so usually some aspect of dilution is prevalent amongst smaller companies. But it don’t ultimately have to be toxic. If it’s being done for future growth and progress in the long term if successful it should pay off. If it’s being done to line the pockets of the board and never create value for the company then definitely toxic. Some form of update on the LOI that was given in June would be nice to hear.
