So the company should hold off good news so it allows those in the know can buy more shares at discounted price from retail? I agree that can be the game in penny land but seeing as the CEO let everyone know he bought shares at .0008 and thinks he got a great price I would follow his advice and watch the .0008 buys. I think we'll have news prior to RS but hasn't been the deciding factor for me to add shares before the RS. My approach is longer term than most. I do trade a percentage of a stock position if its weighted too high in my portfolio to mitigate risk. Did anyone get some 8's today? Good grab if you got in the 7's. Remember the best tradable gains are off the bottom of the chart.
