BRTXQ: Good morning everyone! Just checking in with a few important thoughts regarding MM’s.

Frankly, I have never encountered a ticker so controlled by MM’s than BRTXQ before. Therefore, I had to do some research to better understand them. I would encourage those that are new to this or want more information about them to simply google “market makers” to fully understand them and the impact they have on the market/stock tickers.

What I learned is (I could had guessed it any way) BRTXQ is the perfect stock to be involved with as an MM. Makes sense because we all know how great this play is based on our DD. Because of all the hype of BRTXQ it’s the perfect ticker to make a lot of money from. MM’s make a lot of money from setting the Bid/Ask price... yes they virtually set the price for tickers they are in. They make money from the difference of the spread. In a high volume day that is a lot of money. We can agree they are making a boatload of money off of BRTXQ!

We all wonder why we have not reached the price levels we thought we would by now. Well, that’s because the MM’s have complete control of the shares price. One does not need to have level 2 to tell how much they are in control. Just watch how the bid/ask SP moves and it’s easy to tell. This is a MM’s honey whole so they’ll manipulate it as they see fit to make money. Will this pass? I think it will; however, don’t ask me when, because I don’t own a crystal ball.

Is this legal you may ask? I guess it depends on point of view and motivation/client behind it. How “I” understand it is that pure manipulation of the stock price for financial gain is greatly frowned upon; nevertheless, action against this practice is rarely taken especially in the OTC. They could be working for a client such as broker or financial firm. In this case it could be Auctus, however I have no knowledge of it one way or another. What I do know is that by making a market for BRTXQ and keeping the volume up and the cash flowing (high volume days moves a lot of cash) it helps with BRTXQ’s capital needs by keeping liquidity for them... if I understand that correctly. So if this is true, this will help us in the long run as BRTXQ gains strength financially. As they become more secure financially the less need for MM’s involvement... if this is the case. Again, these are just possibilities for the MM’s activities, I’m not saying it is or is not, just could be.

The bottom line is if there is money to be made the MM’s will keep working BRTXQ. They will not make a trade unless there is money to make. As we have seen they will manipulate the SP to make as much as they can. They will also play off of information (or the lack of expected information) as a catalysts for the direction they want to go make money. I think we saw that this morning at opening. No 8-K yet means shaky hands for the weak investor.

I feel as BRTXQ builds business momentum and they move forward on the information we know of, we will see the share price rise. MM’s have control for now; however, when positive info starts flowing they will be forced to flow with it and make big money at the same time we do. This could be a stretch for a positive thought but here it goes anyway... MM’s may be the instrument needed to help get BRTXQ to a major exchange. I see they can make a lot of money doing so as we know we will by them setting the SP higher and higher as positive information flows out from BRTXQ... I know... it a stretch. Again, my thoughts and I hope it will add encouragement to those that are troubled with the MM’s control.

I’m holding strong and long.
