I think today was one of those days a stock hits a new low but then corrects and continues upward over time. This is not heavy dilution or panic selling, IMO it's just one of those anomaly days that are perfect timing for buying in if you're there to get the low price. I think the only way this sees 0026 again is if there's another dump of 10 million + shares today. If not I think price will be back over .004 by eod tomorrow.
