Why is it that when someone paints the PPS UP, it'a a big scam, trickery, tom foolery, and every form of manipulation possible?

BUT, when someone paints it DOWN, it's the worst doom and gloom scenario of the century.

Thirty bucks market sold into the bid before the quote fully populated at 9:30:00 does not constitute....anything. It's not a bullish sign, it's not a bearish sign, it's just someone manipulating the chart and trying to cause panic.
