Don't buy the theory that large Pharma is keeping IPIX down... Doubt Leo's 6 million in-the-bank scares the big boys. Most probably don't know about IPIX and the ones that do have shrugged them off. The reason the stock price goes nowhere is the balance sheet, lack of staff and failures from the past that still haunt.
