SPAC plays takes years usually 18-24 months through the courts (sometimes starts earlier before court date too behind the scenes).

Each case and Judge is different but lately they have been granting orders in part depending on follow ups in subsequent hearings.

You should touch up on the NV laws on custodianships and study DL plays and schedules to get a better understanding.

Tomorrow's court hearing is on a proof of claims to get fixed before the custodianship is terminated allowed for full RM. It is an electronic hearing form the judges chambers to be uploaded in the AM meaning it wont be public until Monday and it may take a few days to get updated on the NV Court website. We will be getting news possibly next week.
