Beeka, thank you for the update and I was surprissed to say the least. On 11/02/20 OTC Markets updated the OS and it showed no change. Now we see a huge change two days later of 300 million shares sold to someone and at what price? I checked the shares sold during those two days and did not see them recorded during the normal hours of trading. My only thought is someone made a large direct company purchase and they updated the OS.

I would appreciate any coments of what may have taken place here, why didn't these shares show on the two days of trading?
