.... Taking your prior $RELI assumptions into consideration, and your experience with the SEC combined with the filing of Form S1’s, I’d suggest that it is essentially naive to believe a Form 10 and an S1 are the same animal. They are not in the least close to being the same animal. Especially so because the SEC may have had several hundred comments on the Form 10. Those prior $RELI comments have not vanished, but are now part of the SEC’s prior knowledge of $RELI. I’d speculate that as the rounds of comment period (s) circulate every 30- 60 days combined with audited financials that slowly go stale, a well written S1 with early in the fiscal financials may take about 6-10 months to go effective.

$RELI’s S1 effectivity ( if it gets there at all) is quarters away. I’d suggest mid / late 2021 as the original filing will require updated audited financials in Q1 / Q2 2021.

The $RELI IR firm are clueless promotional sycophants and should not be relied upon for anything but koolaid.

My trading strategy is transparent - I’m a short seller. $RELI is / was and continues to be a long investors nightmare.

$RELi continues to trap themselves into mistakes that rank amateurs make; the biggest error (apart from fraudulently false Press Releases) is stating timelines to close on deals - then failing to close them on time.

However I admire your unshakable faith. At the present price you could leverage up the farm and average down into a giant reverse split.

Good luck
