I'm guessing someone averaging around .001 is dumping. Historical tells me they are running out and likely started selling just north of .004 and has been selling for a few weeks. This is just the punk trying to tank to reload average .002. I recommend a strong bid at .0025 to force this up to mid .003 eow.
