No because this is all about preparing for the eventual legalization of MJ in the future. Sweetwater will continue doing what they do and Aphria will do what they do in Canada. There will be no overlap until it is legalized here in the US. However, when MJ is legalized in the US, Aprhia will be in prime position to come in without skipping a beat and start selling the stuff here. It's a genius move on Mr Simons part.
