It is referring to the path they wanted to take for RICO. Again, I don't care to convince you or anyone else of what you're reading. Interpret it how you want and the rest of us will buy your shares off you. A company does not settle in or out of court for zero dollars as the plaintiff. They would just drop the case. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT WAS DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE

Take a look at the ticker to see just how few shares have been sold off so far. Not many. Use your head. Companies do not settle for $0 with prejudice. They would just drop the case to still have the right to pursue the case further. With prejudice means you cannot pursue it further. Some of you panicked and will regret it.

Often times in settlements there is an NDA. Patience. Wait for them to put out a PR going in more depth.
