If BITCF takes a majority hold in BTZI how would that be good for BTZI shareholders?

It depends on how you feel about First Bitcoin's management since they would then have complete control over everything Bots does. On the plus side, they could more easily transfer resources to Bots, assuming they have access to any resources. Consequently, the effect on BTZI shareholders depends largely on what First Bitcoin does in the future that could make them profitable or provide products or services that compliment Bots. While everything that belongs to Bot's will be reflected in BITCF's financials the opposite won't be true. However, as in any family, it doesn't hurt to have a parent that can provide you with money and/or support.
