its been over a year now and IDDR didnt respond to the SEC Order Instituting Proceedings. Not only are the filings still delinquent but they also failed to respond to the SEC order.
IDDR will not be able to offer up a logical excuse as to why they have have not responded or cured their delinquent filings to satisfy the SEC.

Its close to Thanksgiving, put a fork in this turkey.
