Why offer "commitment shares" then? That's what leads me to believe it is Boden. I mean you could say that its because of the terms of the note. However, the amount of shares issued as "commitment shares" are similar, within a few million, to shares they had to return to the treasury when you called them out. Boden is going to get those back one way or another. JMO
