If GDSI receives a judgment and if the Bolzans refuse to admit to facts which are they have the full power to transfer shares and they have not transferred the shares, I believe GDSI will not only get a judgment but may file an additional lawsuit against Rontan and the Bolzans for fraud under the continuing accruals doctrine and fraudulent conveyance. To be clear, they would already have their judgment and then put more pressure on Rontan and the Bolzans I believe that is why BSF has asked for this admission of facts.
