BRTXQ--My initial thoughts were that last Friday's hearing results, whereupon the POR was confirmed, and not yet effective, did not warrant nor constitute a material event. Thus, I had believed that an 8K might not be forthcoming. There are many posters on this thread that screen shot an e-mail from Robert Nosek, (counsel for BRTXQ), stating that an 8K would be coming this week. I have no reason to doubt the validity of those posts.

That being said, I fervently believe that the 8K will simply be a regurgitation of what is already publicly available on Pacer. For me, a non-event.

Holding long and strong and not settling for table scraps at these levels, as things are only going to be getting better. So many positive catalysts coming.

Those are my thoughts.
